The Essential Documents Checklist for June 2026

Before you even log into the residency portal, gather these documents and scan them clearly. Blurry or incomplete uploads are the number one reason candidates get pushed to the grievance committee.

• Valid PMDC Registration: If your registration is expired and you have applied for renewal, keep the portal screenshot ready. Otherwise, get it renewed immediately.
• House Job Completion Certificate: You need the official certificate showing a full 12 months of rotation.
• FCPS Part 1 or JCAT Passing Result: Make sure your result is within the accepted validity period (usually the last three years).
• Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs): Keep all your MBBS/BDS marks sheets from first to final professional exams ready.
• CNIC and Domicile: Scan both the front and back of your CNIC and Domicile. Yes, even if the back of the domicile is blank, the system usually requires it.
• Recent Profile Picture: Keep a professional, blue or white background passport-sized photo in digital format.

NOC Requirements for Government Employees

If you are currently an employee of the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHC), Specialized Healthcare, or any public sector hospital in Punjab, Islamabad, or Rawalpindi, you absolutely need a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Without this, your application will simply not be processed. Apply for this through your administrative department weeks in advance because government paperwork takes time.
